My passion for business management began at a young age, surrounded by my dad's hobby shop in Mexico City. In 1995, a significant year for both my dad and me, he not only welcomed me into the world but also launched a new business venture fueled by his love for technology and science. This venture became Robotica, which I consider a sibling alongside my brother Juan. Over the years, I witnessed Robotica evolve into Mexico's premier shop in its industry, experiencing firsthand the challenges and triumphs of business growth.

From an early age, I was captivated by the complexities of business. Questions like why sales fluctuated, how to manage inventory, and the nuances of pricing and marketing sparked my curiosity. This early exposure inspired me to pursue a degree in Business Administration. After graduation, I applied my classroom knowledge to our family business, gaining invaluable experience in leadership and strategic decision-making from an owner's perspective.

Currently, I have the honor of serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Atlas Renewable Energy, a multinational leader in the renewable energy sector. In this role, I spearhead strategic initiatives. My experience allows me to deepen my knowledge of managing a global organization, from overseeing key projects and quarterly board presentations to collaborating on strategic planning and operational improvements.

Driven by a passion for continuous learning, my MBA journey at the University of Miami deepened my understanding of management as a skill that can be cultivated and refined. Now, I am committed to empowering others through my business ventures and teaching endeavors. I aspire to equip aspiring entrepreneurs, like my dad and myself, with the knowledge and mindset needed for business success.
